Richard is an ordained minister with the Evangelical Covenant Church and speaks in various cross-denominational settings. He was trained and certified as a spiritual director (2010) and supervisor (2015) through the C. John Weborg Center for Spiritual Direction (North Park Theological Seminary, Chicago, IL).

 

A seasoned, empowering, and compassionate leader, he devotes his life to assisting others to discover HOPE through writing, speaking, and offering spiritual care to pastors and ministry leaders.

 

Richard serves as the Director of Discover Hope, an outreach ministry of MSW Ministries, a 501(c)(3) organization.

 

He resides in sunny Glendale, Arizona with his wife, Vicki. He’s always up for a round of golf, and enjoys a hot cup of coffee to keep him caffeinated for the benefit of others!
