ABOUT

I pursued training for spiritual direction after years of being an educational therapist and have been providing spiritual direction since 2013. I also pastor a home-based church here in San Francisco. I was drawn to spiritual direction for the sacred companionship and holy listening – the power of being seen, heard, and deeply accepted. I experience the Holy in nature the most and spend as much time as I can outside gardening, hiking, camping, and retreating to the mountains and along the coastal shores of California. I have lived in San Francisco with my husband since 1990. We have two adult children, one son-in-law, and a very friendly hummingbird frequenting our backyard.
