ABOUT

I am a licensed psychologist, ordained pastor, teacher and leader with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, churches and organizations.  I met Christ as a college student, became a teacher and psychologist, and experienced a call to pastoral ministry as a mother of three young children. God led me to serve in the local church as well as being the PSWC Director of Ministerial Health for nine years. As the founder and Executive Director of Rooted.Growing.Resilient.®, it is currently my privilege and joy to provide pastors and ministry leaders with personalized support for personal and professional thriving through spiritual direction, coaching, spiritual friendship and mentoring.  Reflecting to my non-Christian upbringing, third-culture perspectives as an Asian American raised overseas, and biracial marriage, I especially welcome opportunities to companion with those who feel they are “on the margins.” I have been married for 30 years, have three wonderfully different young adult children, and enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and eating salty snacks.
