ABOUT

I have actively served in local church ministries for approximately four decades, including 18+ years in German-speaking countries. I currently serve in Germany with Serve Globally, but am US-based and make quarterly ministry trips. I also pastor Oakmont Community Church part-time. I hold a BS in Engineering from Cal Poly, a Mdiv from Fuller Theological Seminary, Ordination to Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Covenant Church,  certificates in Coaching, Congregational Vitality and Spiritual Direction.

 

I have a heart for the church, and especially for those (pastors, spouses and families) who are serving it.  This calling involves significant sacrifice and takes us to places we’d never imagine, perhaps the most significant of these being an ever deeper knowledge of ourselves and God. My desire is to simply come alongside brothers and sisters and by God’s grace and Spirit to be helpful to them on their journey with our Lord.
