ABOUT

In my life, God continues to reveal the truth that He is always up to something and it’s always something good.   Through my own experience of receiving direction, it’s allowed space in a welcoming and safe environment for me to pay attention to the ways God is good, is communicating to me, and moving in my life. 

I completed my training with Sustainable Faith School of Spiritual Direction in 2021, and I love partnering with and coming alongside others as they experience and notice God moving in their lives. I have been married for over 26 years, am an adoptive Mom of 3, and have worked in the non-profit and church sectors.
